This Start is a festival of cultures with Tarnanthi and Oz Asia synchronised through art in an immersive program. Enjoy music by San Ureshi, the SAPPS Choir and First Nations Singer Songwriter Tilly Tjala Thomas. Get making and creating with Tarnanthi artists and discover, draw, dance and explore our exhibitions and more.

Tarnanthi Weaving
Collaborative traditional Ngarrindjeri & Ngadjuri weaving with Tarnanthi artist Sonya Rankine.

Join artists Alise Hardy and Lauren Herraman on a drawing journey through the Gallery.

True Self inspired musical responses from Zhao Liang, South Australia’s own uniquely accomplished composer will perform works alongside San Ureshi and friends, featuring exhibited works by Lindy Lee including “Small hearts find each other” and “Going where the river flows”.

The showcase choir for the Primary Schools’ Music Festival (PSMF) and the SA Department for Education.
